Warren Hampshire, previously nominated for the Mercury Prize with The Bees, and the prolific British jazz artist Greg Foat, returned with their fifth concept album. This instrumental suite was a homage to a day in their hometown of Ventnor on the Isle of Wight. The album masterfully encapsulated the essence of life in this charming seaside town by incorporating local musicians and field recordings showcasing bird songs and the ambience of pubs.
